JUICE LUBES - TUBELESS VALVE KITS
MAKES TUBELESS EASY PEASY
Tubeless Valves, dull as dishwater right? Not when Juice Lubes make them.
The best looking, best performing, most tooled-up valves in the game, and we absolutely packed them with features to make tubeless super simple.
Each valve cap is packed with three super useful tools, more than any other on the market. Each has a valve core tool and spoke keys for 3.2mm and 3.4mm spoke nipples. The tools are on both caps, so no stress if you ever lose one.
Tubeless needn’t be a faff and our valves make it easy peasy.
First up, the valve core is removable to make adding sealant a breeze, and that valve core tool is always close at hand when you need it.
There's a 4mm Allen key base for easy removal and a selection of rubber grommets for a perfect, airtight fit. Last but not least, a slotted base works perfectly with your tyre inserts and flat-sided edges on the lock ring help you clamp it down tight.
Finally, our packaging is 100% cardboard for easy recycling. Our 48mm stems fits rims up to 30mm deep.

HOW TO INSTALL
STEP 1 - Clean It Up, Set It Up
Give your existing setup a proper, deep clean and double-check you're running tubeless-ready rims, tyres and rim tape. Try and avoid using damaged rims or tyres.
Install your new valves and use the supplied rubber grommets for the perfect airtight fit (that's what she said).
Remove the valve core for easy inflation and sealant top-up (you can use the core remover tool on the valve cap).
Crack on and set up your tubeless wheels as you normally would. We have a video explaining how to set up your tubeless mountain bike wheels here.
STEP 2 - Then Top It Up
Tubeless is easy, but it does need a little bit of looking after.
Every couple of months you'll need to remove your valve core (you can use the core remover tool on the valve cap) and top-up your sealant directly through the valve.
If you ever need to remove your valve, there's an Allen key slot in the base to guarantee it never gets stuck and flat sides on the lock nut to help keep it moving.
And, when you swap tyres or need to repair a flatty, just pop that valve core out again for quick and easy inflation.
STEP 3 - And Don't Forget Those Tools
Our valves aren't just great for tubeless. They've also got two spoke keys stashed in the cap to help fix trailside troubles.
If you're ever caught short on the hillside with slack spokes, just grab a valve cap and give them a tweak-up. Each cap has two spoke keys built-in - fitting 3.2mm and 3.4mm spoke nips.
