Packed in a recyclable cardboard box to give that ‘bundle’ feel, these kits offer big value and a saving of nearly 30% over buying the items individually. We've even included a handy QR code on the box to provide you with step by step instructions.

JUICE LUBES - TUBELESS SETUP KITS

STEP 1

Get Set

Be sure to choose the right kit for your chosen setup.

Start with a clean dry rim, our Ultimate Workshop Degreaser will remove any grease or old adhesive. Use an old rag or microfibre cloth to wipe it away.

STEP 2

Tape It

Start applying the tape 2 spoke holes back from the valve hole. Press the tape down firmly into the centre of the rim as you go and smooth it out towards the edges, removing any trapped air as you go. Take it steady.

Run the tape around the entire rim whilst keeping tension and working air from beneath the tape as you go. Finish 2 spoke holes past the valve hole. Cut the tape at 45 degrees for a cleaner finish.

Apply a finishing strip and use a small spike to pierce the tape over the valve hole.

STEP 3

Fit and forget

Fit our fancy valves.

Whack a tyre on and add some Tubeless Tyre Sealant. There's a dosage guide on the pouches.

Give 'er some wind and go tell your mates how you got airtight.
